Job Details

• Position Description: The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN responsible for delivering hands-on, evidence-based nursing care to patients, including assessment, data interpretation, care planning, and patient education. The CN partners with patients families to deliver family-centered care, monitors the quality of nursing care, and maintains professional development including licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The CN demonstrates leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while ensuring patient safety and care standards are upheld.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years of experience required, California location, schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemetry nursing, demonstrated leadership skills, strong communication abilities.
• Additional Information: The RN must be able to rapidly respond to emergent situations, utilize technology for communication and documentation, teach and share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute positively to team morale. This role is critical in providing continuous quality patient care and participating in unit improvement initiatives.
