Participate in realization of strategies designed to solve problems, increase efficiencies and/or accomplish team and individual goals. Qualifications Skills: Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated excellent customer orientation and service skills. Education/Experience: Either a BA and 0-2 years of experience or a HS Diploma and 6+ years of experience are needed for this role. Education: Bachelor\'s Degree and/or professional training.
