Position Description As a Racking System Installation Supervisor (RSIS), you will oversee the mechanical installation of racking systems and other warehouse components supplied by E80 Group, including cladding and fire suppression systems. You will monitor the progress of installation activities, including timelines, phases, and key milestones, while collaborating with E80 Group teams responsible for logistics and automated systems to ensure the most efficient and effective installation process. You will coordinate external installation contractors throughout both the planning and execution phases of each project. You will be responsible for delivering the installation on time and within budget, in collaboration with and with the support of the leadership team, while ensuring the highest standards of quality. Safety will always be your top priority. You will ensure that all installation activities are planned and executed in full compliance with applicable safety regulations and E80 Group standards. Responsibilities Managing the internal or external installation team on site: prioritizing tasks, organizing trips, ensuring the installers understand what needs to be done, and how they will behave at our customers’ facilities.
