Postpartum Training Program - New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - July 2026

Overview Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses (RN) for the Postpartum Training Program. The program is a 16‑week curriculum of didactics, hands‑on learning, and clinical preceptorship aimed at new graduates newly licensed or with less than one year of experience. Program Details All positions are full‑time night shift and begin on July 15, 2026. The training program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical practice on the Postpartum unit. The hospital offers 120 beds, a pediatric emergency service, an OB/ED program, and the region’s largest childbirth center. Responsibilities Registered Nurses will provide excellent patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, perform initial assessments, deliver treatment, monitor patient status, and document care in accordance with unit standards and regulatory policies. Nurses also practice in alignment with Southwest Healthcare’s core values and mission.
