• Assist in the collection of specimens and ensure samples are prepared accurately for testing.
• Meticulously document each procedure, instruct new team members or students, and ensure adherence to the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Safeguard a clean and safe work area while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science or a comparable degree in allied health, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Licensing & Certification

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year from your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
