Remote Banking Customer Service Specialist

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Fort Lauderdale area seeks a Customer Service Specialist I to respond to customer inquiries about bank products and services from our call center. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and promote digital banking services with Apple/Android support.

Flexible schedule with 11am-8pm shifts and some holidays. The role emphasizes adherence to service levels, teamwork, and professional communication while maintaining knowledge of deposit and loan products and completing
