Remote Banking Customer Service Specialist
Switchboard of Miami
Switchboard Hiring seeks a Customer Service Representative for a well-established community bank. You’ll assist customers with mobile banking, Bill Pay, and more. After a 4–8 week training period at a designated bank location, the role becomes fully remote within the United States. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people, with prior branch banking or call center experience preferred.
