Electrical Wiring Assembler Position Description: Climate by Design is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Sub-Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various electrical and electronic components into subassemblies and final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documents, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical and electronic components, such as wiring, circuit boards, and control panels, into subassemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly. Conduct quality control checks and tests on subassemblies and final products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues Required Education & Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent is preferred. Shop courses or equivalent experience is helpful. Some experience assembling HVAC equipment is desirable. Why Choose Modine?
