Clinical Pharmacist, Full Time, 10 Hour, Variable Shift

Job Description The Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate, safe, effective delivery of drug therapy to all age groups of hospitalized patients and patient care monitoring of targeted drugs in a clinical setting. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. - Current California Pharmacy license.
- LA City fire card within 6 months of employment.
- ACLS/BLS certificate required
