Options Quant Researcher

Specializing in options, the full-time Options Quant Researcher will own end-to-end strategy research, build automated trading strategies, and collaborate closely with trading teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct hypothesis data modeling, backtesting, and live monitoring for options strategies Develop and maintain mid-frequency automated strategies focused on volatility fitting and execution optimization Design robust signal research pipelines and frameworks for backtesting and live simulation Required qualifications Proficiency in Python, with strong experience in NumPy, pandas, and optimization/ML libraries Hands-on experience in developing Relative Value strategies within TradFi markets Strong knowledge of option mathematics and systematic strategies in equities, futures, or options Experience with common quant tooling such as QuantLib Strong research engineering skills, including clean code and reproducible experiments
