Institutional Research Analyst

To support institutional research efforts, the full-time Institutional Research Analyst will collect, analyze, and report institutional data while collaborating with university stakeholders to enhance decision-making and ensure compliance with reporting requirements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing institutional data related to enrollment, student outcomes, and faculty productivity Support the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies, including accrediting bodies and government entities Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key institutional metrics effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a relevant field preferred Minimum of two years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or higher education administration Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools Familiarity with institutional research practices and accreditation processes Knowledge of compliance and reporting standards related to state and federal agencies
