Why IPM? 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday) Shift Differential + Built-In Overtime Modern CNC Equipment Requirements What You'll Do Set up and operate Haas mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars Program and edit G-code, M-code, and Mastercam programs Select tooling and optimize machining processes Machine parts to tight tolerances (±0.005") Perform inspections and maintain high-quality standards Work with a team committed to craftsmanship and safety What You Bring 2+ years of CNC machining experience G-code/M-code and CAM software experience (Mastercam preferred) Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds Precision measurement and inspection skills Schedule - 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Journeyman certification or 2-year technical degree preferred Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop duties Trainee opportunities are available for candidates with foundational machining knowledge who may not yet meet all position requirements.
