We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $22–$26, potentially earn $40–$50+/hr including tips, bonuses. Featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and PTO and vacation time to make sure you're living your best life inside and outside the salon. What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
