Responsibilities:  

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist with apartment measurements and pre-leasing tasks. 

• Coordinate move-ins by collaborating with maintenance and other departments to ensure apartments are ready. 

• Welcome new residents on move-in day, provide community orientation, and deliver move-in gifts and meals. 

• Follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during their initial months. 

• Participate in daily meetings to communicate schedules and ensure smooth coordination across teams. 

• Assist with additional tasks or community projects as directed by leadership. 

Qualifications:  

• One (1) year of experience in hospitality role and/or customer service. 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
