Accounts Payable Coordinator

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing of timely payments in Workday for company invoices (multi location).
What you would be doing:
- GL coding, obtaining approvals, and preparing the weekly check runs
- Enter up to 600+ invoices per week into Workday
- Allocate invoices to obtain approval
- Prepare invoices for payment via checks, multiple customer portals or ACH
- Make necessary adjustments to invoices when needed
- Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
- Primary point of contact for vendors regarding invoice inquiries and troubleshooting
- Assist AP Manager with special projects when needed
- Assist in 1099 processing at year end
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience (High transactions/multi location strongly preferred)
- Must be comfortable working in a team setting/in office role – HYRBID in metro Nashville
- Excel- Basic
Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times (7am-9am)- 3 days in office/2 WFH
