Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Location: Ashland

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across two school districts in the Ashland, Wisconsin area. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with diverse student populations while making a meaningful impact on communication development and academic success.
The selected candidate will provide speech-language services across both districts, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students across multiple grade levels.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
Travel between assigned school districts to provide services.
Qualifications
Required
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel between assigned school districts.
Preferred
Previous school-based experience.
Experience managing caseloads across multiple sites.
Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP development.
