Our client, a leading logistics and cargo handling organization, is seeking an Office Agent to join their team. As an Office Agent, you will be part of the Cargo Operations Department supporting airline and cargo logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Agent

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Range: $20 - $20.50

Shift: Day Shift, PM Shift, Overnight Shift

What's the Job?

• Accurately enter and track shipment data to ensure seamless cargo processing
• Prioritize import cargo breakdown activities to meet operational deadlines
• Prepare manifests and Air Waybills (AWBs) for shipments
• Research and resolve shipment discrepancies efficiently
• Handle missing cargo, damaged freight issues, and close out flight documentation

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to type 30 WPM
• Open availability
• Weekend availability
