Managing Attorney (Austin - Hybrid)

Are you an experienced family law Managing Attorney seeking a new challenge? Kimbrough Legal, a leading law firm in Austin, is excited to announce a Managing Attorney position. Join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide growth-oriented, dependability-centered legal services to our valued clients.

As a Managing Attorney, you will collaborate closely with the President/CEO, Executive Leadership, and legal production team, leveraging your extensive experience to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in family law litigation and trials. Additionally, the Managing Attorney will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our team of attorneys and the legal production team, embodying our core values every step of the way.

Responsibilities

What Our Managing Attorney Will Do :
• Lead and manage the legal team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the President/CEO to develop and implement strategic goals for the firm.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Oversee case management processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to legal standards.
• Represent clients in family law litigation and trials, advocating for their best interests.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and trust.
• Monitor legal trends and changes in family law to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.
