Description
The role involves working as an attorney specializing in insurance defense. The professional will handle a wide range of cases, supporting a diverse client base that includes national companies and professional sports teams. The position offers both remote and hybrid work options, with a preference for candidates located within one hour of the Los Angeles office. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, with opportunities for recent graduates as well as experienced attorneys.
Requirements
Active California Bar membership in good standing (mandatory).
25 years of experience in Workers' Compensation or Insurance Defense preferred (though all levels, including recent bar passers, are considered).
Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attorneys, legal staff, and administrative assistants.
Strong adaptability and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Recent law school graduates encouraged to apply, with mentorship opportunities available.
