Let's Connect - APPLY TODAY - Interview TomorrowText "Goodyear" to 66866 to connect with a recruiter!Starting Pay: $21.50 HourlyAbout the Role: What will you do?As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or in other words, extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!In our retread plants you will have the opportunity to support the retread process through various stages:Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retreadBuff the casing to remove any worn treadRemove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casingUsing rubber cement or a patch, repair the casing before applying new treadBuilding the tire by applying new treadCuring the tire to mold the retread applicationFinal Inspection to assess a safe and quality productWant to see the process?
