Requirements

Position Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail and customer service.

• Experience as an assistant store manager or shift leader is preferred.

• Proficient in completing sales transactions and managing a cash register.

• Experience receiving and organizing inventory according to company standards is preferred.

• Responsible for maintaining store appearance, including stock levels and merchandising.

• Willingness to train and motivate team members to achieve company goals is preferred.

• Ability to handle difficult customer or workplace situations with professionalism and composure.

• A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive on a daily basis.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements include:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.
