Templar Financing is seeking Business Financing Specialists to join our growing team in Boca Raton, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced commercial finance professionals, business funding specialists, financial services representatives, and motivated salespeople looking to expand their careers in the commercial financing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to identify financing needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Consult with business owners regarding available financing options.
• Present appropriate commercial lending and alternative financing solutions.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
• Gather preliminary business and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting and funding teams throughout the financing process.
• Maintain accurate client records, application information, and sales activity.
• Identify additional financing opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Provide professional client service throughout the application and funding process.
• Work toward individual sales and production goals.
• Represent Templar Financing with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical business practices.

Compensation & Earning Opportunities

Templar Financing offers two performance-based compensation structures designed to accommodate different levels of experience, qualifications, and individual preferences.

Option 1 – Weekly Base + Commission

• $400 weekly base compensation.
• 10% commission.
• Additional earning opportunities through successful financing transactions.

Option 2 – Commission-Only

• 30% commission.
• No weekly base payment under this option.
• Uncapped commission earning potential.

Both compensation options are available for consideration. The $400 weekly base applies only to Option 1 and is not guaranteed to candidates selecting Option 2.

Candidates may express their preferred compensation structure during the interview process. Final arrangements are subject to mutual agreement, applicable eligibility requirements, and a written compensation agreement.

Commission percentages apply to the commissionable amounts defined in the applicable compensation agreement, not necessarily the total amount financed.

Specific commission calculations, payment schedules, and eligibility requirements will be explained during the interview process.
