The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING A clean driving record – safety is our priority. Friendly demeanor: greets guests, processes payments, and responds to customer issues. Keen sense of cleanliness and maintenance of Health & Safety standards, including vehicle cleanliness. Performs duties at multiple workstations. Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Follows uniform and grooming standards. Completes delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner. Operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities. Works with others to achieve team goals. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Dependable and reliable. Good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. At least 18 years of age to operate a motorized vehicle. Possess all documents and permits required by state/federal law, including an up-to-date insurance policy with your name. Flexible work availability. Results oriented and customer focused. Previous customer service experience is helpful.
