What You Bring

2+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost control
Flexibility to work varied shifts (24/7 operation)
