Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals is partnering with a Mendota Heights company to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for participants and providers, assisting with plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status. This is a contract role expected to last through January 2027.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from providers and participants with professionalism and empathyDocument conversations and update system notes accuratelyStay up-to-date on assigned plans and apply knowledge to all customer interactionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be bilingual SpanishMinimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call centerStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteSchedule :Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pmExpress Employment Professionals provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.Medical benefits401KDirect DepositWeekly Pay
