Homeless Outreach & Mental Health Navigator
Tcbhc
Tri-County is seeking an Homeless Outreach Specialist to perform assessments and outreach in libraries, coffee shops, community centers, parks, and encampments to engage adults experiencing homelessness. You will spend time building relationships to connect individuals to mental health, substance use, or medical services within the community. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science and QMHP qualification under Texas TAC, with strong crisis experience preferred and a valid driver’s #J-18808-Ljbffr Tcbhc
