Requirements for the Customer Service Representative Previous customer service experience preferred (office, or call center) Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat Enter and process customer orders accurately Provide order status updates and follow up as needed Assist customers with product or service questions Process returns and warranty claims Support internal sales teams when needed Maintain and update customer information in the system Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner What We re Looking For The ideal Customer Service Representative is dependable, proactive, and enjoys helping others.
