Job Overview A law firm seeks a National Partner in New York, NY. The role involves managing and implementing complex cross-border transactions, including global carve-outs, spin-offs, and post-acquisition integrations. The position requires drafting and negotiating transaction documents for multinational clients across various sectors. Duties Manage global cross-practice teams for successful deal closings. Spot and resolve legal issues efficiently. Synthesize high-volume comments from clients and stakeholders. Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements. Requirements 5 years of experience as an attorney with a global law firm. Experience advising and executing complex cross-border transactions. Proficiency in managing cross-border deals as a lead associate. Experience leveraging technology and project management tools. Collaboration with tax advisors and other stakeholders. Admitted to the New York bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign law degree/Master of Laws (LLM). Certifications Admitted to the New York bar. Skills Strong drafting skills for complex deal documents. Excellent negotiation abilities. Effective team management and leadership.
