The role of Regional Finance Manager - Restaurants and Resorts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a division or portfolio of locations within Levy. Partnering with the Operations leaders to deliver value through accurate and effective financial management including accounting, planning, reporting, and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities:

The role of Regional Finance Manager - Restaurants and Resorts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a division or portfolio of locations within Levy. Partnering with the Operations leaders to deliver value through accurate and effective financial management including accounting, planning, reporting, and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic planning and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and effective management.
- Oversight of the divisional operations finance function - line managing the divisional finance leaders.
- Supporting business improvement and development from a financial management perspective.
- Establishing and maintaining KPI metrics for all members of the divisional finance leaders.
- Partner with divisional operations leadership to ensure sound financial management of the organization.
- Utilize data and insight to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of divisional financial improvement initiatives.
- Continual development, engagement, and growth of divisional finance team members.
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of operational finance data to inform operational decision making.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to implement programs and follow process.
- 10+ years of experience in a related role involving P&L management and analysis - FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance
- Accounting experience preferred; CPA not required
