As a Patient Care Tech at Hartford Healthcare, you will support nurses and providers in delivering compassionate, high-quality care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, obtaining vital signs, performing EKGs and basic phlebotomy, transporting and positioning patients, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will document accurately in the EMR, follow strict infection control standards, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
