ResponsibilitiesBuild, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic injection moldsDiagnose tooling issues causing flash, short shots, sticking, wear, or dimensional concernsPerform bench work including polishing, fitting, spotting, grinding, and machiningRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and tooling schematicsSupport mold changeovers and startup troubleshooting on the production floorOperate manual toolroom equipment including mills, grinders, lathes, and EDM machinesCollaborate with process engineers and maintenance teams to improve mold performance and uptimePerform preventative maintenance on molds and tooling componentsRecommend tooling improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce downtimeYou should be proficient in:Tool/Die/Mold Repair SkillsInjection Molding ExperienceTool/Die/Mold Setup ExperienceMachines & technologies you'll use:Injection Molding Machine #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
