Volkswagen of Norwood is seeking a Rock Star Service Advisor who is looking for a company to grow with. $60,000-100,000 yearly potential What You’ll Do Greet customers, schedule appointments, and accurately document vehicle concerns. Perform a thorough vehicle walk-around with each customer. Review service history and recommend needed maintenance and repairs. Clearly explain recommended services, repair costs, and timelines. Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins. Monitor repairs and keep customers updated throughout the service process. Review and close repair orders accurately and professionally. Perform quality-control checks to help prevent comebacks and ensure customer concerns are addressed. Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding appointments, repairs, and follow-up. Provide exceptional customer service while building trust and long-term relationships. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple repair orders. Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company.
