What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Utilize Google Ads and analytics tools like Snowflake and Tableau to optimize marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Implement and manage marketing automation processes using tools such as Amplitude and Sigma to enhance lead nurturing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- 7-15 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Snowflake, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
- Knowledge of the AI and data industry trends and best practices.
