Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support data platform initiatives by analyzing business requirements, performing data analysis, and contributing to the modernization of enterprise data systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Perform data analysis, data mapping, and workflow documentation Analyze existing systems and support modernization of data platforms Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams Support ETL processes and data validation activities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements Create and maintain documentation including use cases, process flows, and technical specifications Communicate insights and findings effectively to business and technical stakeholders Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and data analysis Strong experience with requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data analysis and validation Experience working with ETL processes and data pipelines Strong understanding of database design concepts Experience with database platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS S3 Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise data platform modernization initiatives Experience working across multiple teams in large-scale environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
