If so, we want you to join us as a Staffing Coordinator.Major ResponsibilitiesManage Nursing Staff Schedules – Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.Ensure Adequate Coverage – Work closely with the Director of Nursing to secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacations, and leave requests.Daily Staffing Reports – Complete daily staffing sheets and track nursing hours to meet PPD (Per Patient Day) requirements while maintaining compliance logs.Monitor and Verify Employee Attendance – Review and correct time clock punches, verify hours worked, and identify staffing trends.Collaborate with Admissions Team – Stay updated on census changes, new admissions, and discharges to adjust staffing accordingly.Data & Compliance Reporting – Prepare and submit daily nursing hours reports to the Executive Director/LNHA.Enhance Operational Efficiency – Implement new staffing strategies and processes to improve patient care and employee satisfaction.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.1+ year of experience in healthcare staffing coordination preferred.Prior experience in a healthcare setting (long-term care or medical facility preferred).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.A dedicated, compassionate mindset that prioritizes quality resident care.Pay and BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidaysWhy Join Our TeamGet paid in advance with us: We offer access to your earned but unpaid wages.Build your own schedule: Pick up shifts when and where you want to work.
