Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator / Telecom Dispatcher for a leading telecommunications client. This individual will support a busy Field Operations Dispatch team by coordinating service tickets, managing technician schedules, tracking work orders, and supporting both internal and contract field crews. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom operations, dispatching, ticket management, and customer service systems. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume environment where organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The team is looking to move quickly and interview qualified candidates immediately due to increased operational demand.

(Pay rate for this role is $20-22/hr)

Skills and Requirements

• Telecom dispatching, service coordination, or field operations support experience

• Experience managing work orders and service tickets from creation through completion

• Experience scheduling, dispatching, and routing work to field technicians

• Working knowledge of Excel for trackers and reporting

• Strong data entry and ticket management experience

• Experience with ticketing/work management systems such as CSG FSM, TechNet, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure including Copper, Coax, and Fiber

• Experience verifying completed work and processing documentation such as drop forms or permits

• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Telecom industry dispatch experience

• Experience with Commsoft iCommVergence/iCommV

• Experience with CSG FSM

• Experience using Smartsheet

• Experience supporting contract partners and third-party field crews

• Knowledge of customer billing platforms

Experience with proprietary telecom systems
