Capital Markets Leader & Financing Strategist

Armada is seeking a financing operator to run end-to-end growth-stage capital raises and build institutional financial narratives. You will work with the COO and leadership as the internal lead for financing, strategy finance initiatives, and investor engagement, becoming the operational quarterback during live processes.
You will connect strategic finance, capital markets, and corporate development to deliver investor-ready materials and manage complex diligence with sophisticated investors
