Focusing on the resolution of insurance processing errors, the full-time remote Insurance Specialist will manage claims inventory, communicate with patients and insurance companies, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments. Key responsibilities: Reduce outstanding accounts receivable by managing claims inventory Gather and verify patient information and financial responsibility for services Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries related to benefits and billing Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) Download speed of 30MB or higher & upload speed of 10MB or higher Access to a secure and private workspace
