BILL RATE RANGES FROM $85-100/HR DEPENDING ON LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.\n\nWe are seeking experienced Data Engineers to join a growing team supporting enterprise data initiatives for a leading energy company in Juno Beach, FL. \n\nThis role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support critical business operations and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building ETL pipelines, working within Databricks environments, integrating SAP data, and ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs\n- Build and optimize data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance\n- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions\n- Integrate and transform data from SAP and other enterprise systems\n- Develop and maintain solutions within Databricks to support large-scale data processing\n- Ensure data integrity, governance, and overall quality across datasets\n- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis\n- Utilize Python to automate data processes and support data engineering initiatives\n- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while identifying opportunities for performance improvements\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new projects and ongoing enhancements
