Operations Processor 3

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly reliable Operations Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Lockbox Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, digitizing, and processing check payments for key customers.

This position operates in a deadline-driven environment where daily priorities and volumes fluctuate. Shift end times are contingent upon daily business volume so candidates must be flexible to work until all daily processing is complete.

Days: Thursday-Monday

Hours: 

Weekday hours 8am-4:30pm

Weekend hours 8:30am-5pm 

salary: $23.75 - $24 per hour

education: Bachelors

• Mail processing
• Processing payments
• Day to day changes often
• Cross training 
• Working in a diverse  team environment
• Support Operations
• Proactively seek ways to improve processes
• Perform moderately complex operational support tasks. 
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. 
• Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
