Senior Scrum Master Vulnerability Management

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Scrum Master to support Business as Usual (BAU) delivery activities within Vulnerability Management. This role will serve as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams responsible for Level 1 vulnerability management operations, ensuring effective execution of agile ceremonies, operational governance, risk management practices, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with product owners, technology leaders, and vulnerability management stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance team effectiveness, and support the delivery of secure, reliable technology services.In this role, you will:Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact that involve moderately complex projects, non-projects, or maintenance workGuide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each SprintOptimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performanceDeliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are metPartner with discipline managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standardsFacilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teamsCollaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectivenessCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsDemonstrate proficiency in using AI‑assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code‑centric agents)Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshootingApply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI‑assisted outputs into solutionsUnderstand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerationsApply AI responsibly in development and production environmentsEnsure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standardsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Information Security, or Technology Infrastructure teamsKnowledge of vulnerability management processes, remediation tracking, risk prioritization, and operational governance practicesExperience facilitating agile ceremonies for multiple teams in a highly regulated enterprise environmentStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience using Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools to manage team delivery and operational metricsKnowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and technology risk management principlesAbility to identify, track, and escalate operational risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple teamsExperience partnering with technology leaders, product owners, engineers, and security stakeholders to drive delivery outcomesStrong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levelsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferredJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Locations:Charlotte, NCChandler, AZIrving, TXMinneapolis, MNPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
