Senior Real Estate Investment Accountant

Nuveen is seeking a Senior Investment Accountant to ensure that investment accounting policies and procedures are correctly applied to financial transactions. Under minimal supervision, this role collaborates with third-party property management, asset management, portfolio management and the transactions teams to deliver accurate reports. You will guide a third‑party administrator team to prepare monthly closing reports and financial analytics, review GAAP work papers, and support audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
