Now Hiring: Superintendent | Heavy Civil | Northeast, USA I'm currently working with a leading Heavy Civil contractor that has a strong backlog of work across highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast . They're looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex civil projects. Responsibilities Oversee day to day site operations from mobilisation through project completion. Lead field crews, subcontractors and foremen while maintaining productivity and safety. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, engineers and inspectors. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Manage project schedules, equipment, materials and workforce planning. Requirements 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on Heavy Civil construction projects. Experience delivering highway, bridge, roadway, utility, earthwork or transportation projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read plans, manage schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders. OSHA certification and a proven commitment to jobsite safety.
