In this capacity, you will assist seniors with their daily activities, fostering their well-being and enabling them to maintain independence and comfort within their own homes.ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.Prepare nutritious meals and aid with eating as necessary to ensure proper nourishment.Offer companionship and emotional support, encouraging positive social engagement and interaction.Perform light housekeeping duties to uphold a clean, safe, and organized living environment.Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed, ensuring timely attendance and comfort.Observe and promptly communicate any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory personnel.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum age of 18 years.Possession of a valid driver’s license.Previous caregiving experience is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability and punctuality.Exhibit kindness, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting the senior population.Availability to work weekend shifts within Menomonee Falls and surrounding areas.Successful completion of background checks and any requisite certifications.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wages ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, paid on a bi-weekly basis.Comprehensive training programs and opportunities for professional development.A supportive, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.Flexible scheduling options designed to accommodate weekend availability.About the CompanySenior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care to seniors within our community.
