Tax Director - Asset Management - Strategy & Planning

Job Description Our client is a premier, reputable investment management firm with over 20 years of stability and in AUM. The team is hiring for a Tax Director to oversee tax structuring and strategic planning, compliance & analytics & review. You will collaborate with internal groups and external fund administrators, tax advisors, and firms. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment as well as liaise with investors. Ideally you should have 13‑15 years’ experience across public accounting and private advisory, preferably in private equity, and experience dealing with institutional investors and international tax issues. Active/Inactive CPA or JD required; Masters or LLM is an advantage. The firm values great communication skills, ethical responsibility, proactiveness, problem‑solving abilities, and resilience.
