About the Role At Jubilant HollisterStier , we're looking for a CMO Training Coordinator I who wants to play a critical role in developing the workforce behind the medicines that patients around the world depend on. Your responsibilities will include: Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) Managing training assignments, curricula, and qualification records Monitoring training compliance and identifying potential risks Supporting new hire onboarding and employee development Partnering with site teams to ensure training reflects current procedures and requirements Supporting audit and inspection readiness activities Helping build a culture of learning, accountability, and operational excellence Why This Role Matters The employees you support today become the operators, technicians, specialists, and leaders responsible for manufacturing products used by patients around the world.
