About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead its digital transformation and technology strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with the business's growth plans, focusing on operational excellence, scalability, and innovation. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep technology background, particularly in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and analytics, application development, and IT service delivery. The VP of IT will also be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, modernizing business processes, and driving the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance productivity and project execution. Candidates for the VP of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of IT leadership experience, with at least 7 years' in leading enterprise technology organizations. Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or supply chain-focused sectors is essential, as is a strong background in ERP systems, particularly SAP. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in business transformation, the ability to manage multi-site and geographically dispersed teams, and a strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning. Professional certifications in relevant areas such as CIO, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, SAP, or TOGAF are also required. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer service within the IT organization.
