This position is eligible for a $4.00 per hour shift premium and involves applying various finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing, buffing, and deburring to metal parts. The Metal Finisher must carefully inspect each piece to identify imperfections and apply corrective measures to achieve a smooth, defect-free surface.
