Electrician Trainee

Responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair electrical systems for residential HVAC systems. Perform electrical upgrades, rewiring and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures all Electrical work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Participates in all safety training and promotes the company safety culture by working safely and maintaining a clean and organized work stations (includes company vehicle). Qualifications: Valid driver's license (includes the ability to meet company's insurance requirements) Minimum 2 years experience in residential electrical work (panel upgrades, wiring and troubleshooting) Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards Strong communications skills with customer focused ET Card registration or California Certification We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and a MINIMUM 2+ years experience in the following areas (residential & commercial): Residential experience Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade Price and write estimates, and close bids Communicate with customers and property managers Willingness to work occasional overtime ET Card or California Certification Required Bellows offers: Generous Pay depending on experience Benefits (medical, dental, 401K w/ matching) Vacation Training Family Friendly Hours Positive Work Environment Growth Potential We are a locally owned and operated company that is committed to excellent customer service!
