This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership .

As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with customers in a retail setting , representing our telecommunications clients and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs. You’ll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience while contributing to individual and team goals.

• Engage with customers and build genuine connections
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Clearly explain promotions, features, and benefits
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
